¶ Bexio customers
¶ How do I link my bexio account to the 2getHR account?
Under “Company/Settings/Bexio Integration” you can create the API token in Bexio with “how to configure the Bexio API token” and then insert it in 2getHR to create the link to the functionalities.
For the transmission of time recording and holidays & absences to Bexio, it requires an assignment of activity types, projects, sub-projects and absence types.
The expenses are only transferred to bexio when the status is “booked”.
¶ Configure Bexio API token
Personal API Tokens can be created by super admin users directly in bexio by visiting https://office.bexio.com/index.php/admin/apiTokens
The scope of access of the token is determined by the scope of the super admin’s access that creates the token. The token is valid almost indefinitely with a set validity period of 50 years.
¶ Transmitting working times to bexio
To transfer working times (and projects) to bexio, the following requirements must be met. 1:
- under Company / Settings / Bexio Integration, the two items “Transfer time tracking entries to bexio” and “Transfer projects to bexio” must be activated.!
The employee must be linked to bexio.
The 2getHR activity types must be assigned to the bexio business activities and the 2getHR projects must be assigned to the bexio projects (see here: How do I link my bexio account to the 2getHR account?).
